I worked in a clothes shop in Chelsea for quite while, and this morning for some reason this story came to my mind. I was in the shop one sunny day with my boss, we were lucky that the shop had a garden with lovely trees and plants, a little oasis in mad
Chelsea. Well on this day a lady came in who we knew in as much as she came in every couple of months to have a look around and to buy the odd thing. This day I said hello and she smiled and said she was just looking. My boss came in from the garden and started talking with her, he was Italian and very animated in his speech. he was sitting on the counter and said "How is your husband ?". She looked pained and replied "He died a month and a half ago ". This was quite a statement. My boss however said " No No No I saw him ride by last week on his bike !". Her face was a picture of disbelief as I am sure was mine. Not content with this he contined " He waved at me". It turned out that the man on the bike was her lover, and not her husband. I have giggled at that so many times now. My boss died in 2000. He was very funny and he is missed.

Thank you WLG, I went a little red.............. if that all that made women love you, I would have a harem by now, as I am a clown.
